The Modern-Day Meditation has been brought in for this
day and age. It is unique for this time as it addresses all
parts of our being; our mind, our heart, our body and our
soul.
The
Meditation teaches you how to meditate and get your material
life and your spiritual life in harmony so you have a better
sense of well-being.
The Meditation has 4 parts:
Part 1: OPEN your heart to healing and
the Source of love within
Part 2: CALM your mind, senses and emotions
Part 3: THINK clearly and find the answers
you need
Part 4: ACT powerfully to
attain your goals spiritually and materially
It is not necessary to have any certain kind of spiritual
orientation to practice this meditation.
There are no doctrines taught that call for you to believe
any one concept about God. If you do not resonate with "God",
translate that reference into whatever term you feel is deserving
of a capital letter, like Existence, Mother Nature, Universe,
Higher Self etc. |
